• Identification and isolation of bio-active compounds existing in milk proteins, grain proteins, fruit and plants
• Using bio-active compounds in dairy products and plant remedies with the help of up-to-date methods
• Application of new and advanced methods of processing with minimal side effects on final products, especially in the field of proteins
• Development of a new generation of nutraceuticals called nutra-pharma, as well as producing advanced phytochemical, and other types of novel products
• Validation and quality control of the finished products in terms of the activity of bio-active components
• Formulation of functional foods, which may provide a health benefit beyond basic nutrition
• Production of pilot batches of the developed products
• Large-scale production after validation of the finished products and obtaining a GMP license from Health Canada
